No. Neverfail system guard conducts a reliable hardware protection and doesn't take a snap shot or image file store in hidden partition.

2. Can info be added permanently to Neverfail Guard's protection?

Absolutely. Neverfail System Guard makes a new protection point when new software or data has been installed or changed since last backup point.

3. Can info be deleted permanently from Neverfail's protection?

Yes. Delete or uninstall information you want first and then let Neverfail Guard make a new protection.

4. What is the minimum unit of protection?

The minimum unit of Neverfail Guard's protection is partition. And Neverfail Guard can protect up to 10 partitions within one physical hard disk in total.

5. Does Neverfail Guard require to update for new virus, hackers, etc?

No. The principle of System Guard is totally different from anti-virus software whilst the later has to be updated regularly for the purpose of cleaning newly-spread virus, hackers and spyware by instanly restore computer system to its original, so there's nothing to be updated for System Guard!
